Chad has over 20 years of experience as a Finance and Accounting leader; most recently within the industries of commercial construction, insurance, and hospitality, where he focuses on growth initiatives, process re-engineering, and FP&A. As the current CFO of KDC Construction, Chad specializes in business process and systems optimization, financial strategy and modeling, change management initiatives, corporate valuation, capital structuring, and risk mitigation.
Chad began his career with Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice, leading professional service teams throughout the US, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, and delivering financial services within the Consumer Goods, SaaS, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications sectors. Chad has experience in Strategic Consulting; concentrating on corporate restructures for Higher Education and Research, as well as providing business planning and capital raising for start-ups and early-stage ventures.
Chad earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Melbourne Business School in Australia. Residing in Orange County California, Chad enjoys traveling with his wife, coaching their two sons’ sports teams, being active outdoors, and playing piano and guitar.
